More Affordable Housing
- Goal: Housing For All
Humanity One Project mission is to build and develop affordable housing for all poor to lower-middle class families and individuals. With the current housing and rental markets throughout the United States, it’s incredibly difficult for families and individuals to afford a decent affordable apartment or house. Everyone in America deserves a place to live without fear of being homeless.
In almost every city in America, there are new luxury apartments being developed and new homes constructed, but hardly any affordable solutions. The poor and lower middle-class families and individuals will never have a chance to afford these types of housing. This will give people failing hopes to achieve the American dream. Why not build more affordable housing for everyone?
Our principles of affordable housing are building and developing housing that the poor and lower middle-class families and individuals can afford. An example for an individual would be an apartment unit consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom at 250 square foot for a cost of $400 per month. For a family of three (3), an apartment unit consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom at 400 square foot for a cost of $600 per month. These types of housing can be made possible and be visually seen by just visiting an Ikea store show room. Just building the housing is not enough. In these communities will be additional services to help families and individuals improve their quality of life by giving them knowledge that the rich and middle-class have achieved. At Humanity One Project, we are a group of successful entrepreneurs with a singular goal of helping as many people as possible to achieve their dream of owning their home. With an estimated 3.73 million fast food workers in the U.S., affordable housing must be widely available. We as a society use their services on a daily basis. According to statistics, we as consumers spend in the fast food sector around $304 billion USD annually. There are many other people in the U.S. that needs affordable housing. Anyone who falls in the income of below $47,000 would qualify.
With so many luxury homes and apartments being constructed throughout California and U.S., we are constantly looking for land in as many cities to build our affordable home communities. With the help of local city, state, and federal government assistance in financial donations and zoning approvals to allow our developments to proceed.
In our efforts to make more affordable housing available, we are concentrating on building in as many cities throughout California. Our main goal is to be in every single state in America.
